Should an issue or concern arise with your student and they need some support, we are here to help. When you inform us of the issue or concern affecting your student, a housing professional will address the concern and reach out to your student within two business days. We may contact you, as well, for any follow-up information needed. Due to privacy laws we may not be able to provide answers to you regarding your student, but you can rest assured that a TU professional will be interacting with your student to address the concern.
